About this collection
Sixteen hog breeds, heritage and otherwise: Gloucestershire Old Spot, Berkshire, Mangalitsa, kunekune, Tamworth, Ossabaw Island hog, and red wattle. Breed names are set beneath the plates in script italic.
Warm white is the husbandry-manual version; deep black gives contrast to the pale Yorkshire and the spotted coats. They hold their own over a kitchen sideboard, in a mudroom, or in a barn office.
The Mangalitsa - the one with the wool - is the conversation starter; Berkshire and Tamworth back it up.
