The fine print, kept short

Shipping, returns & policies

Shipping

Shipping is currently available within the United States. Prints are made to order, usually within 2–5 business days. That is production time; delivery takes additional time. Sizes up to 12×16″ ship flat; larger sizes ship rolled in a tube. Your shipping email includes a tracking link when your print ships.

Shipping cost. Shipping is a flat $4.90 per order, however many prints it holds, and free on orders of $39.98 or more. It appears as its own line in the basket and at checkout before you pay — never after.

Returns & guarantees

Something wrong with your print? If it arrives damaged or has a printing fault, email [email protected] with your order number and a clear photo within 30 days. We will help arrange a free reprint or refund. Every print is made especially for your order, so we cannot accept change-of-mind returns. Contact us before sending anything back so we can help with the next step.

Payment

Online orders are paid by card through our secure checkout. Any applicable sales tax is shown before you pay.

If checkout cannot open, your basket is saved. You can retry or choose Email my basket to open an email draft asking us for help. Nothing is sent automatically, and opening the draft does not place an order.

Privacy

We use order details to process payment, produce your prints and arrange delivery. Card details are handled by our payment processor. Your basket and preferences are stored in your browser.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, the Pinterest tag and the Meta Pixel to understand visits and marketing results. Pinterest and Meta may use cookies.

The full policy, covering the plant library as well as the shop, is on the privacy page.

Terms of sale

All sales are made by Story Thyme Farms LLC, a Missouri limited liability company. Prices are in US dollars; the amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay.

Our shop currently sells made-to-order prints. Print returns and guarantees are described above. The farm store is coming soon; terms for farm goods will be provided when those products become available.

Print artwork is © Story Thyme Farms LLC. Purchasing a print does not transfer reproduction rights.

The terms covering the site and the plant library are on the terms page.
